MOVIE NIGHTS

Row-In Movie Nights are a fun summer tradition on the Venice Canals. We pick three Saturday evenings in the summer and showcase movies on a screen on the Dell bridge at Linnie Canal. Row-in, float by, bring a lawn chair. We look forward to seeing you at our next movie night!

RUBBER DUCKY RACE & DOWNWIND REGATTA

4th of July Ducky Race & Downwind Regatta is the event that shows our country pride as a neighborhood. Coming together to support our flag our freedom and our neighborhood. We enjoy the ducky race and sales that support our community as well as the downwind regatta. This event truly brings everyone together and helps the canal residents enjoy the summer months.

MUSIC ON THE CANALS

Music on the Canals is a gathering of friends and neighbors brought together by a mutual love of music and our home.  It is wonderful to be able to showcase the talents of our neighbors and friends and share with the neighborhood a few times a year our musical skills.

CANALOWEEN

CANALOWEEN​ is for everyone don”t let the amount of kids out in the park fool you! It is one of our fun events that spends more focus on kids and families. Locals and friends from all over dress up and enjoy a costume party in the park with pizza music and fun. Its a great way to meet other families or catch up with friends.

HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE

Our 2023 Holiday Toy Drive with the LAFD’s Drive Through with Santa was a great success.  Over 500 wonderful toys were collected for the Fire Department’s Spark of Love Campaign.  We hope to bring the event to the Canals again in 2024.  The tentative date (still to be finalized) is Sunday, December 1st.

HOLIDAY BOAT PARADE

The Holiday Boat Parade is a tried-and-true tradition of the Venice Canals Association that we host in December to celebrate the holidays. The Venice Canals Holiday Boat Parade is a showcase of our unique community. We come together to honor our wonderful neighborhood and celebrate our distinct locale. We invite you to decorate a boat and join in on the fun. All are welcome to partake in this festive activity.
